Project Management Training |

 Spark Amsterdam organized a five-day Project Management Training from 10-14 November which took place in Skopje, Macedonia. This training was designed for SPARK staff from Skopje and Prishtina office and for Business Start-Up Centers staff from Kosovo, Zenica, Bar, Kragujevac and Bitola.
The training was composed of five different topics, one topic per day, where participants had the chance to get wider knowledge on Project Management, Organizational Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, Monitoring Methods, and Personal Plans.
Participants also had the chance to share their experiences on Project Management from their working places as well as perform role plays and different helpfulexercises.
This training has been hosted by Ms. Ger Roebeling from the MDF Training Organization.

BSCK Award Winning Ceremony |
 The Business Start-Up Centre Kosovo in an auspicious event announced the winners of its Business Plan Competition. The award winning ceremony was held on the 23rd of June 2008 in restaurant ‘Collection’ in Prishtina.
This ceremony was attended by representatives of government, international community, universities and business world.

 Entrepreneurship in University curricula
Prizren, Kosovo

The Business Start-Up Centre Kosovo organized a two-day workshop on Entrepreneurship in University curricula. The workshop took place on 20th and 21st of June 2008 in Hotel OK in Prizren.
The objectives of this workshop were to further improve entrepreneurship curricula and entrepreneurial learning capacities in higher educational institutions, focus on Regions / institutions such as Prishtina, Peja, Osijek and Bitola, and make some concrete action plans for each institute/region.
The facilitators of this workshop were Mr. Jaap van Tilburg, Chairman of Top Spin International and Senior Consultant of School of Management and Governance at the University of Twente, and Prof. Besnik Krasniqi, Professor of Economic Faculty at the University of Prishtina.
