Start-up companies generate income & employment |
 Entrepreneurship can lead to economic growth and stability. BSC Kosovo offers young, starting entrepreneurs in Kosovo support to start their business successfully, by free consultancy and access to micro-loans up to 7.000 Euro. Read the stories of the entrepreneurs that started their business in October 2007 after they won the BSC Kosovo Business Plan Competition.

Faculty of Economics in Pristina & Peja Business School will develop curricula with BSC Kosovo |
 On the 24th and 25th of January 2008, a Curriculum Development Workshop was organised by BSC Kosovo.The worskop was moderated by Jaap van Tilburg (from Business Incubator Twente, the Netherlands) and Besnik Krasniqi (lecturer at the University of Pristina). Results: a concrete action plan was made for both higher educational institutions in Pristina and Peja. Both insitutions will adopt 5 training modules of BSC Kosovo and promote new methods of teaching in their existing curricula, such as company visits, guest lecturers, field research work and learning by doing.
