A presentation on ISO and HACCP Quality Standards was organized by the Business Start-Up Centre Kosovo in collaboration with Kosova Chamber of Commerce and BH Quality. The aim of this presentation was to give a comprehensive view about ISO and HACCP Standards and how these systems can be applied and implemented by organizations.
Participants of this presentation were companies established by the Business Start-Up Centre Kosovo, company members of Kosova Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.
Considering that some companies are reluctant to implementing Quality Standards, a productive discussion arose among attendees on the best and easy ways to apply these standards, especially with employees who are resistant to change. All participants agreed that implementing the Quality Standards is crucial to organizations as the European Union and all major Western countries require now ISO and HACCP Standards as a prerequisite for doing business.
