The third training over skills of Business will start on April 14 – June 27, 2008.
It will be the third training of this type which will be organized by BSC. Selected from the Competition for best Business Plan, 50 participants divided in two groups will participate this trainging, which will be performed in Prishtina.
This training was developed by different experts from region and area. Since March 27 – 29, 2008 the group of 5 experts in collaboration with trainers has compiled and developed this training.

These modules will be given during the most successful training for organized business in Kosovo “The Training over skills of Business”.

By giving people training in business plan writing and business skills development people are provided with the necessary tools and knowledge to write a business plan and start their own business. Our international, regional and local experts and trainers are all professional trainers with personal experience in entrepreneurship. The trainings are providing the theoretical background as well as practical knowledge. People from the business and banking world are invited to give guest-lectures.
The BSC Kosovo offers two sets of training:
-Business Plan Writing Training
A one-week training for the 80 winners of the Business idea Competition. 4 groups of 20 people receive a training in Business Plan writing. The training is designed by a team of an international expert and regional experts. After the training, students are capable to write a business plan with which they can join the Business Plan Competition.
-Business Skills training
A 10-week 10-course training in business development for the 50 winners of the Business Plan Competition. 2 groups of 25 people receive a training in:
- Entrepreneurial skills, management skills and leadership
- Business strategy and business planning
- Market research, marketing management and commercial skills
- Product development, innovation and intellectual property
- Organisation management and quality assurance
- Production and project management
- Communication management (internal and external) and communication skills
- Human resource management
- The Kosovo legal and tax regulations and framework for sme’s
- Financial management including accounting, budgeting and cost price calculation
The training is designed by a team of an international expert, regional and local experts. The training is given by a team of 5 local and 5 regional professional trainers with a background in entrepreneurship. The trainers will act as mentors to the participants when developing their final business plan.
